Established reality, leader in the production and marketing of industrial abrasives, has commissioned us to look for a:

 

EXPORT MANAGER - DACH

The Resource, reporting to the Export Sales Department, after an adequate training period, will be responsible for managing the customer base and developing new business in assigned foreign markets, looking after new commercial opportunities and their consolidation.

The position sought will have the following main responsibilities:

  • develop new commercial relationships by expanding the clientele and favoring the growth of turnover;
  • support the Management in defining new market development strategies and take care of their implementation in the assigned reference areas;
  • implement and propose, in concert with the Management, appropriate marketing actions on existing customers and new commercial solutions;
  • constantly analyze customer needs to intercept and / or develop new business opportunities, identify new sales channels, evaluating their potential and feasibility together with the internal corporate bodies involved;
  • collaborate with the foreign organization of the Group for sales and territorial penetration activities;
  • achieve the assigned turnover and margin targets.

The ideal candidate has the following requirements :

  • Commercial or technical culture and training, preferably at degree level;
  • Many years and consolidated experience in B2B sales of products and articles with a high technical content gained in organized realities;
  • excellent knowledge of German and English;
  • willingness to frequently travel abroad in the reference markets;
  • strong communication and negotiation skills, strong customer orientation and good problem solving skills;
  • proactive spirit, habit of reasoning by objectives and autonomously organizing one's activities;
  • excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;

The workplace is located in the first belt of Turin .
