We are currently partnering with one of our important, international Clients in a very attractive recruitment process. This job role will be directly assisting one of their Members of the Board in the following tasks:
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations;
- Join the manager in various meetings and PR activities;
- Manage the calendar and organize trips;
- Receive international guests and delegations;
- Coordinate the various tasks assigned by the board members and shareholders;
- File and maintain office documents and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Brief experience in administrative support in international groups;
- Language skills: fluent English, Italian and Chinese are required;
- Personal skills: communication, work independently, problem-solving;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment;
- Italian drive licence B2 is required;
- Italian working permit.
