Role

Within the Foundation, reporting directly to the General Director, the role will have the objective of managing and monitoring the execution of strategic, organizational and governance support services, coordinating a small (but with the possibility of expansion) team of resources .

Activity :

The sought-after profile will be asked to carry out the following activities:

  • Coordinate projects by monitoring all phases (initiation, planning, execution, control and closure);
  • Create the action plan and the implementation of the start-up actions of the assigned projects;
  • Ensure the correct implementation of development activities;
  • Define models and systems to support the governance, programming and reporting of PNRR resources;
  • Carry out analyzes to identify all cost reduction opportunities and anticipate any potential project risks, identifying possible corrective actions;
  • Define and estimate the main project indicators (costs, effort, risks, etc.) with a view to monitoring the progress with respect to the identified objectives and KPIs;
  • Implement the tools and tools necessary for the implementation and monitoring of projects;
  • Coordinate the human and economic resources of the various operational units involved;
  • Collection and analysis of data and processing of reports.

Wanted Profile:

  • Background and Hard Skills:
    • Experience in the role, in structured and modernly organized companies / institutions / universities or similar experiences;
    • Previous experience in managing funded projects;
    • Excellent knowledge of the operating principles of national, European and PNRR funding;
    • Knowledge of the legislation linked to European projects;
    • Mastery of project management techniques;
    • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Word, Power Point, Excel).
    • Fluent knowledge of the English language.
  • Soft Skills:
    • High sense of responsibility, rigor and seriousness;
    • Strong aptitude for team work and flexibility and availability;
    • Excellent interpersonal and assertive communication skills;
    • Leadership and authority skills;
    • Good organizational skills (overall vision, planning by priority and working towards objectives);
    • Proactivity, dynamism and openness to innovation;
    • Practical sense and high problem solving ability.

Framework :
