Business Controller

The Resource will be responsible for supporting company management through production, data analysis, planning, and management control.

Main activities

  • Analysis of company performance through financial and operational KPIs;
  • Preparation of periodic reports for management;
  • Support in drafting budgets, forecasts and strategic plans;
  • Identification of deviations from targets and proposal of corrective actions;
  • Optimization of management control processes;
  • Support in the analysis of costs and profitability of the various business units;
  • Develop data analysis models to support planning and control activities, in collaboration with the IT department, to ensure strategic decisions based on accurate and timely information;
  • Implementation and management of Cost Accounting and analytical and industrial accounting models, with a focus on determining company profitability and optimizing resources;
  • Analysis and optimization of business processes, with a focus on digitalization and the adoption of advanced technologies for operational efficiency and cost reduction;
  • Collaboration with top management to define medium and long-term corporate strategies, supporting performance evaluation and planning.

Requirements

Fundamentals/Must have

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in structured companies, with experience in the consulting sector appreciated;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Business Intelligence tools;
  • Familiarity with ERP software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion);
  • Availability to travel.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related disciplines;
  • Analytical, problem-solving and result-oriented skills;
  • Multitasking approach, organizational skills.
