Inventory Controller

• Ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling transactions to ensure correct reporting of actual stock;
• Collaborate with warehouse management and suppliers (both domestic and international) on all inventory-related issues;
• Perform monthly inventory analysis and reconciliations;
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations for individual items;
• Collaborate with supply chain and materials planning team, third party warehouse management and suppliers to ensure effective fulfillment of transfer and receiving orders;
• Perform inventory classifications based on obsolescence reports, highlighting critical cases.

Essentials/Must have

• Previous experience in a similar role. Internships will also be considered.
• Fluent English;
• Attention to detail and focus on quality of work;
• Ability to establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with business partners and suppliers;
• Familiarity with Excel, BI, and databases for warehouse management.

• Excellent organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Flexibility and adaptability.
