He is responsible for strengthening the company's presence in the region by developing new business opportunities and consolidating existing clients. He contributes to business growth with goal-oriented technical and commercial support.

Main activities

  • Expand business opportunities through active research and networking
  • Monitor the target market, analyzing economic dynamics and competitor activities
  • Develop and manage the customer portfolio, following the entire sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Promote and present the company's offering, highlighting its benefits and applications.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on opportunity progress and sales performance.
  • Offer technical and commercial support to customers at various stages of the decision-making process.
  • Propose and implement company promotion activities and marketing initiatives for business development

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Previous experience in technical sales roles, gained within companies operating in industrial plant engineering or similar sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of the local industrial fabric and consolidated networking skills
  • Consultative approach and oriented towards building solutions for the customer
  • Strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing activities
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to achieve sales targets
  • Availability to travel, with a focus on the North-East Italy area


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with design studios
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business reporting
  • Flexibility, proactive attitude and ability to adapt to dynamic contexts
