- manage production and warehouse resources;
- monitor workloads , times , production costs ;
- manage relationships with suppliers of raw materials and external manufacturing;
- oversee purchasing and logistics;
- constantly liaise with the technical and sales office representatives;
- foster a positive climate within the work group.
Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Previous experience gained in the role of production manager in metalworking, light/medium carpentry, CNC machining contexts;
- CNC Programming Basics;
- Knowledge of production scheduling software ;
- Experience in managing collaborators .
Preferential/Nice to have
- Experience gained within contexts that produce components for the cycling sector ;
- Experience in managing purchasing and supplier relationships;
- Knowledge of English is appreciated.

Compensation Package
A direct, permanent hiring is expected.
Metalworkers' collective bargaining agreement, executive level.
Indicative RAL in a range between €60,000 and €70,000, to be evaluated based on the seniority of the chosen profile.
