Main activities
- Preparation of accounting records and bank reconciliation;
- Maintaining company accounting records (active and passive cycle, customer and supplier accounting) ;
- Recording of active and passive invoicing, supplier/customer ledger control;
- Monitoring payments and collections;
- Monitoring tax deadlines and preparing periodic and annual tax returns;
- Administrative management of employees and monthly attendance.
- Support in the preparation of the pre-tax financial statements and related adjustment entries.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Experience in managing administrative and accounting processes gained in companies and/or commercial firms;
- Degree or diploma in economics/accounting;
- Computer skills, particularly advanced knowledge of Excel, preferably supplemented by accounting software (e.g., Zucchetti).
Preferential/Nice to have
- Ability to work independently, in an organized, and problem-solving manner.
- Knowledge of the balance sheet closing process.
A three-week training program is planned, which will be held during the induction phase at the company's Veneto headquarters.

Compensation Package
Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of converting to a permanent contract.
Salary to be determined based on the chosen profile, skills, and experience, starting from an indicative gross annual salary of €28,000.
