The Buyer's mission will be to lead the digital transformation of partner supplier price lists, optimizing purchasing conditions and enhancing the competitiveness of existing partnerships.

Main activities

  • Analyze suppliers and product categories to identify the best purchasing opportunities

  • Conduct ABC studies of the products, identifying the 20 items that generate 80% of the turnover and comparing them with the offers of affiliated and non-affiliated suppliers

  • Collaborate with retailers and Area Managers to prepare comparative tables and market analyses

  • Monitor purchases from resellers, with particular attention to non-affiliated products and suppliers

  • Keep track of price list and price changes

  • Evaluate new suppliers and develop branded products

  • Manage the negotiation of annual agreements and the definition of end-of-year bonuses

  • Propose and develop new collaborations with strategic suppliers in the construction sector

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Diploma
  • 2/3 years of experience in the role, gained in companies in the construction or interior finishing sector
  • Coming from purchasing group, multipoint or large-scale retail contexts
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent command of management systems and the Office package (especially advanced Excel and Word)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and deal management skills
  • Proactivity , passion and attention to detail
  • Strong results orientation and team spirit
