QHSE Specialist

• Management, maintenance and improvement of Quality (ISO 9001), Safety (ISO 45001) and Environmental (ISO 14001) management systems .

• Verification of regulatory compliance with national and European legislation on safety and the environment.

• Planning, coordination and support in carrying out internal and external audits , preparation of improvement plans.

• Drafting, updating and dissemination of QHSE procedures, operating instructions and documentation .

• Operational support to Project Managers and Site Managers in safety management and risk assessment on construction sites.

• Planning and conducting training and awareness-raising activities for company and construction site personnel.

• Monitoring QHSE KPIs , analyzing results, and promoting continuous improvement actions.

• Assumption of the role of company RSPP pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments

• Management of specific functional delegations (Article 16 of Legislative Decree 81/2008), ensuring the effective application of prevention and protection measures.

• Degree in Engineering , Environmental Sciences , Prevention Techniques , or related disciplines.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an industrial or shipbuilding context.

• In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations and the main ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) .

• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving attitude and orientation towards continuous improvement.

• Good knowledge of English and main IT tools.

Permanent, full-time position with salary commensurate with experience.
