Clothing Operations Manager - Albania

• Manages and coordinates production processes and deliveries, ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines;
• Supports cost negotiation with external laboratories, in compliance with defined margin targets;
• Assigns and manages the scheduling of orders entrusted to external laboratories, overseeing production progress and compliance with delivery dates;
• Manages the logistics flow of raw materials and finished products;
• Actively participates in the analysis and optimization of processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs;
• Manages the operating budget, monitoring expenses and collaborating in the preparation and analysis of periodic reports, in agreement with Finance;
• Ensures that all operations comply with safety, environmental regulations and ESG standards.

Essentials/Must have

• Solid experience gained in Operations or Production/Plant Manager roles at clothing companies;
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, supply chain, logistics and quality control;
• Availability to relocate to Albania.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Diploma or Degree in technical-scientific subjects;
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g. advanced Excel, Power BI);
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams located outside of Italy;
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, contributing to organizational evolution.

The employment contract will be governed by Italian law, and the remuneration package will be commensurate with experience.

Food, accommodation and transportation expenses will be covered by the company.
