HSE Officer

• Support the HSE Manager/RSPP in the implementation, management and updating of company HSE policies;
• Draft and maintain updated documentation relating to Health, Safety and the Environment (DVR, DUVRI, procedures, risk assessments);
• Participate in periodic audits to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards;
• Manage environmental authorizations (AIA, AUA) and regulatory compliance on emissions, waste, energy resources, chemical products, etc.;
• Analyze incidents, accidents and non-conformities , proposing corrective and preventive actions;
• Develop reports based on company KPIs and promote the correct use of PPE;
• This figure will cover the role of ASPP.

Essentials/Must have

• Technical diploma or degree (preferably in environmental or workplace safety disciplines);
• Brief previous experience in similar roles in manufacturing companies;
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations ( ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ).

Preferential/Nice to have

• Good command of the Office package (especially Excel );
• Knowledge of the Autocad program;
• Training as an internal auditor for HSE management systems;
• Knowledge of the English language ;
• Proactivity, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
