HR Manager

The selected candidate will manage staff selection, training, and development, reporting to the CEO. In collaboration with Management, the candidate will define the organizational structure to address market challenges and demands.

Main activities

  • Understand short, medium and long-term business and corporate needs to define HR guidelines , and propose and implement the development of the most appropriate policies and ensure their correct and consistent application;
  • Support and develop the human factor in the company by defining and implementing training strategies, compensation policies, performance and potential evaluation;
  • Propose and implement attraction and retention actions, monitor resource turnover ;
  • Manage, in support of the various managers in any research and selection needs;
  • Support company management in the negotiation of employment contracts and in general with industrial relations issues;
  • Support in defining and implementing the necessary corporate culture policies in light of current and potential future organizational challenges related to business evolution;
  • Oversee the preparation of the labor cost budget and its monitoring;
  • Maintain and promote effective internal communications within the company.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in Humanities, participation in a Master's in Human Resources will be a plus;
  • Previous experience in HR roles characterized by a comprehensive vision of the role (selection, training, development, organization, management) in medium-sized organizations;
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, combined with adequate knowledge of processes , tools, and methodologies for modern personnel management.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience in managing organizational processes with an open, proactive and change-oriented approach;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to dynamic contexts;
  • Planning skills, strategic vision and alignment with company objectives;
  • HR data analysis skills to support decisions based on KPIs and metrics;
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices ;
  • Effective communication skills and internal relationship management;
  • Innovation orientation and interest in HR trends.
