Controlling Specialist

The position is responsible for collecting and analyzing economic and financial data, supporting reporting and monitoring of company performance. This position will be part of a growth path that includes international experience in foreign offices.

Main activities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting principles and regulations;
  • Collect and process data relating to the Group's companies' budgets and forecasts, supporting management's decision-making processes;
  • Monitor and analyze deviations from budgets and forecasts, identifying the main causes and supporting the preparation of any corrective actions;
  • Collaborate with local representatives and various company functions to collect and validate data;
  • Support the evolution of control systems and reporting tools (BI, CPM, ERP).

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in economics or similar fields
  • Previous experience in management control, gained within corporate environments or auditing firms;
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and/or financial reporting processes;
  • Willingness to undertake an experience abroad and a predisposition to work in a dynamic and international context;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Good communication skills to interface with different company functions.
