The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

• Previous experience in the financial sector (2-3 years) gained within structured and organised banking or financial institutions
• Commercial aptitude, customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retail banking products
• Flexibility and ability to work towards objectives
