Administrative and Management Control Manager - Food company

The Resource will coordinate all administrative, accounting, and financial activities of the company, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic support to management.

Main activities

Specifically, it will carry out the following activities:

  • Supervision of general and analytical accounting;
  • Coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities;
  • Management of the civil budget;
  • Monitoring tax compliance and liaising with external consultants, auditors, and authorities;
  • Treasury, cash flow and banking management;
  • Implementation and updating of internal administrative procedures;
  • Preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts;
  • Gap analysis and management reporting;
  • Development and monitoring of economic, financial, and operational KPIs;
  • Support in defining strategic plans and investment decisions;
  • Construction and optimization of cost and margin control models;
  • Collaboration with various company functions to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

    • Degree in Economics, Finance, Administration or related disciplines;
    • At least 5–7 years of experience in administrative and management control roles;
    • Experience in structured environments or growing companies is preferable;
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting, financial statements and tax regulations;
    • Consolidated experience in management control and budget/forecast construction;
    • Economic-financial analysis skills and advanced use of Excel and ERP systems;
    • Leadership and team coordination skills;
    • Precision, reliability and results orientation;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to problem solve and manage priorities.

Compensation Package

FOOD INDUSTRY CCNL - EXPECTED RAL 55 K- 65 K - economic growth will be expected based on the development of the role
