Goods Movement Coordinator

• Control and preparation of the budget with responsibility for handling costs and monitoring of budget targets;
• Purchasing with management of the procurement of goods services and direct responsibility for negotiations with supplier companies;
• Drafting contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department and continuous performance monitoring;
• Supervision of operations , including control over the preparation of deliveries to stores, ensuring quality, punctuality, and prompt management of any operational emergencies;
• Continuous improvement by gathering input from various logistics operators and implementing process optimization initiatives;
• KPI monitoring with monitoring of key performance indicators relating to the movement of goods in the various warehouses.

Essentials/Must have

• Experience already gained in structured organizational contexts in the large-scale retail sector ;
• Familiarity with KPI management in the logistics sector;
• Advanced computer skills.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Degree in Management Engineering, Logistics or Economics;
• Experience already acquired in warehouse reorganization projects;
• Ability to manage logistics contracts .
