Main activities
· Integratedly manages accounting, budgets, and relationships with the President, Auditors, banks, suppliers, and provincial associations, coordinates data on pharmaceutical expenditure, membership fees, and DPC flows, and ensures compliance with tax, labor, and privacy regulations, working with consultants;
· Manages institutional correspondence, drafts circulars and answers to questions, schedules appointments and meetings, takes minutes and archives, supports internal and external communications with the Press Office, and coordinates activities with consulting agencies;
· Manages institutional relationships with public bodies, regional administrations, and local stakeholders, participating in meetings and technical discussions on behalf of the organization;
· Maintains coordination with national structures and ensures an effective flow of information to members, collaborating with internal bodies and external consultants to ensure operational continuity.
· Manages contractual relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders, supports decision-making processes, and contributes to the development of the association's innovative services and projects.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
· Excellent interpersonal and institutional skills;
· Diplomacy, savoir-faire and effective communication are required to manage interlocutors
different;
· Ability to interpret regulations, TAR rulings, and regional resolutions;
· The role requires constant attention, precision and patience in managing information flows
Preferred/Nice to have:
· Legal skills represent an added value for economic-legal interpretations and negotiation activities;
· Experience in business associations is preferred due to familiarity with associative and institutional dynamics;
· Experience in developing services or projects is useful to contribute to the evolution of the offering;
· Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector is a plus

Compensation Package
The position provides a permanent contract with a gross annual salary of between 60,000 and 70,000 euros, defined based on the candidate's experience and skills.
