Client Specialist

For a well-established company in the insurance brokerage sector, we are looking for a Client Specialist for the non-marine division.

Main activities

  • Independent and strategic management of a mid-large corporate client portfolio, ensuring quality of service and continuity of relationships;

  • Analysis of complex insurance risks and needs, developing customized technical solutions and conducting periodic business reviews;

  • Management of complex negotiations and renewals, business development support, and coordination of listing activities in collaboration with specialist teams.

  • Supervision of client-facing teams (accounts, administrative, and technical) and management of relationships with companies for placements and technical negotiations.

  • Analysis of policy and claims data, development of complex commercial proposals, and collaboration with internal departments to ensure efficiency and quality of service.

  • Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the definition of business strategies and company operating standards.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Master's Degree in Economics or Law;
  • Previous experience gained in brokerage firms/insurance companies.
  • Complete knowledge of Office 365 and MS Teams applications;  
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English, knowledge of a second language will be a plus, reliability;
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have a dynamic and determined approach to achieving objectives, and have a problem-solving attitude.
  • Membership in the RUI section B and having carried out professional activities at insurance companies/brokers will constitute preferential qualifications.
