Main activities
· Analysis of the estimate, technical specifications, contract, and project planning and monitoring requirements;
· Breakdown of the scope of work into hierarchical structures of activities (WBS), product (PBS) and roles (OBS), and analysis of times and methods;
· Development of the project baseline (sequences, logical dependencies, timing) in collaboration with the functions involved;
· Setting up the system for monitoring the physical progress of the project;
· Coordination of data collection, schedule updating, performance analysis via KPIs and risks/opportunities;
· Support in updating the procurement plan and analyzing contractual variations and claims;
· Preparation of reports, identification of critical issues and proposal of corrective/preventive actions;
· Contribution to the department's "Body of Knowledge" through lessons learned and standardization of sequences, durations and production yields

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6;
- Experience in planning roles within complex projects;
- Knowledge of the English language (minimum level: B2).
Preferential/Nice to have
- Knowledge of MS Project and Excel;
- Experience in complex EPC projects and/or complex orders.

Compensation Package
The contractual framework and remuneration package will be commensurate with the experience and skills of the chosen individual, with a gross annual salary of approximately between 50,000 and 70,000 euros.
The goal is to ensure a financial offer aligned with the market and the characteristics of the identified profile.
