Main activities
- Support in defining and implementing the people strategy;
- Management of union relations and employee relations issues (contracts, disputes, disciplinary matters);
- HR KPI monitoring and reporting activities;
- Participation in recruitment, reward, talent, and change management activities.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Degree, preferably in legal disciplines;
- At least 3/4 years of experience in HR roles at plant level;
- Experience in industrial relations and excellent knowledge of labor law and the application of industrial collective bargaining agreements;
- Good English and proficiency in HR systems.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Experience in multinational contexts;
- Experience in organizational innovation processes related to the development of new organizational configurations and new production sites;
- Strategic vision combined with operational pragmatism, negotiation skills, and influence.
