Main activities
- Intervene in the performance of the technical activities of the facilities, ensuring uniformity of standards and processes;
- Coordinate the maintenance team in operational organization and technical decisions;
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance interventions;
- Monitor work, improvement projects, and activities of external suppliers;
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety requirements of the plants;
- Monitor site technical budgets;
- Optimize operating costs.
Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Solid technical background in maintenance, construction and plant engineering;
- Previous experience in coordination roles;
- Technical analysis and diagnosis capabilities, with decision-making autonomy across multiple sites;
- Availability for frequent travel and operational presence in the field.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Experience in multi-site contexts or complex accommodation facilities;
- Knowledge of safety regulations and technical systems;
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance plans and reporting tools;
- Ability to coordinate suppliers and manage small jobs and renovations;
- Skills in managing technical budgets and cost optimization;
- Ability to standardize processes and best practices across sites;
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical interlocutors;
- Sensitivity to issues of sustainability, consumption and energy efficiency.
