Main activities

  • Intervene in the performance of the technical activities of the facilities, ensuring uniformity of standards and processes;
  • Coordinate the maintenance team in operational organization and technical decisions;
  • Plan preventive and corrective maintenance interventions;
  • Monitor work, improvement projects, and activities of external suppliers;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and safety requirements of the plants;
  • Monitor site technical budgets;
  • Optimize operating costs.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Solid technical background in maintenance, construction and plant engineering;
  • Previous experience in coordination roles;
  • Technical analysis and diagnosis capabilities, with decision-making autonomy across multiple sites;
  • Availability for frequent travel and operational presence in the field.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-site contexts or complex accommodation facilities;
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and technical systems;
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance plans and reporting tools;
  • Ability to coordinate suppliers and manage small jobs and renovations;
  • Skills in managing technical budgets and cost optimization;
  • Ability to standardize processes and best practices across sites;
  • Good communication skills with technical and non-technical interlocutors;
  • Sensitivity to issues of sustainability, consumption and energy efficiency.
