R&D System Engineer

• Manage the entire product development process, from design input to release;
• Interact with the clinical context and translate user needs into design requirements;
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations;
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams;
• Draft and update technical documentation (RMF, Functional Safety, specifications, reports, manuals);
• Support technical training in Service and Production;
• Coordinate production ramp-up with Operations and After Sales;
• Provide post-release product lifecycle support.

Essentials/Must have

• Experience gained in Project Management;
• Practical, collaborative and solution-oriented approach;
• Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronics, Biomedical) or Physics.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in developing products based on laser technology is welcome;
• Experience in managing R&D projects in the electromedical field;
• Knowledge of the main regulations for active therapeutic medical devices (ISO 13485, IEC 60601, ISO 14971, EMC).
