Field Service Technician

The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers through training, testing, and after-sales assistance, contributing to product improvement and collaborating with internal functions to ensure quality and efficiency.

Main activities

  • Provide technical training to customers on new products and updates;
  • Manage new customer training during the onboarding phase;
  • Perform testing and certification activities on new products;
  • Collaborate with the Quality department in managing and resolving complaints;
  • Create technical assemblies using 2D/3D CAD software;
  • Define the technical specifications of the profile processing equipment;
  • Provide customer support regarding certifications and CE marking ;
  • Conduct visits to customers throughout the country for technical and training activities.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Coming from the window and door sector (PVC, aluminium, wood or mixed systems) ;
  • Diploma or degree in a technical field: mechanical, mechatronics or construction;
  • Previous experience in similar roles;
  • Availability to travel within the country;
  • Good organizational skills, precision and attention to detail.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Good command of 2D/3D CAD software;
  • Good knowledge of the English language.

Company car for mixed use.

The company headquarters are located in Rovigo. Accommodation is available for candidates living far from the company headquarters.

Compensation Package

RAL of approximately €45/50,000;

Candidates with higher gross annual salaries will also be considered based on their seniority in the role.
