Key Account Manager

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales with a strategic control and coordination role, ensuring the achievement of objectives and monitoring performance.

Main activities

  • Contribute to the definition of commercial strategies and network development;  
  • Monitor compliance with business policies and operating procedures ;
  • Analyze sales data and optimize sales management processes to increase sales ;
  • Support and assist accounts in commercial and technical management ;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director for activity planning;  
  • Ensure local coverage and relationships with affiliated stores.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Previous experience in similar roles gained within companies that operate in the sale of products to large-scale retail trade ;
  • Availability for daily travel to neighboring regions.
  • Good analytical and sales data interpretation skills.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • A degree is appreciated, preferably in economics or similar disciplines ;
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, proactivity and customer focus.  

Benefits

Possibility of assigning a company car for mixed use.  

Compensation Package

The candidate will be hired on a permanent contract, with a clerical level classification and a gross salary of around €40,000-50,000.
