Main activities
Reporting to the Owner, the position will be responsible for developing the business in the high-end furnishing accessories segment, activating new commercial opportunities and building strong relationships with clients both in the Contract channel and through key opinion leaders, architecture, engineering, and interior design firms.
The candidate will join a small strategic team, reporting directly to the owners, focused on developing a brand dedicated to a complementary but distinct activity from the group's core business.
Market presence will be developed with a consultative approach, promoting the brand's collections and tailor-made solutions, and supporting the entire customer journey.
The primary objective of the role is to structure a market action plan , defining processes, procedures , and commercial guidelines that will consolidate the brand's presence , which until now has been managed without a structured plan .
Main responsibilities

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Approximately 4–6 years of experience gained in sales roles in the luxury design furniture sector.
- Proven experience managing relationships with contractors or architecture/design firms.
- Active and solid network of relationships in the sector.
- Fluent English.
- Good command of digital tools, social channels, Office (Power Point, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural commercial aptitude.
- Strong focus on results and self-directed goal-setting, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to travel and participate in trade fairs and industry events.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Architecture, Design Management or related disciplines.
- A passion for pop culture and industrial design will be preferable.

Compensation Package
- The remuneration package will be proportionate to the actual market development capacity.
