Main activities
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and managing marketing and category management activities for the Group's brands in the Adriatic region (Romania, Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Serbia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Moldova), actively contributing to sales and EBITDA growth.
The role involves defining product positioning and development strategies, managing communications and promotion projects, and supporting distributors and the sales team through market analysis and tools.
He/she will interact with various types of interlocutors (such as purchasing managers, buyers, owners, marketing specialists)
AMONG HIS RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define and implement annual marketing plans in collaboration with local distributors, ensuring consistency with corporate and brand guidelines.
• Manage category management activities in assigned channels (sell-in/sell-out, data analysis, pricing, assortments and planograms).
• Coordinate new product development (NPD) projects, line expansions and promotional activities.
• Support the sales team with sales tools, POS materials and digital initiatives.
• Manage communication campaigns and digital marketing projects (websites, e-commerce, social media).
• Monitor the market, analyze trends, competition and new channel development opportunities.
• Manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget ensuring control, efficiency and return on investment.
• Participate in trade fairs and events, helping to strengthen brand awareness and relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
· Degree (preferably in Marketing or related economic disciplines)
· 3–5 years of experience in marketing roles in consumer goods companies.
· Knowledge of a distributor market even if from other sectors
· Knowledge of marketing mix levers, trade marketing, and category management. Experience in supporting sales forces.
· Experience abroad
· Excellent knowledge of the English language.
· Analytical skills, an open mind, proactivity, flexibility, interpersonal skills
· Good command of the main digital tools and the Office package.
Preferential/Nice to have
· Experience and knowledge of POP materials
· Knowledge of at least two foreign markets required in the job title, even if in other sectors
· Experience in multinational contexts with an indirect distribution model.
· Knowledge of the retail market and the large-scale retail and hardware/DIY channels.
· Digital marketing and new product development skills.
· Residency in Emilia is appreciated.

Compensation Package
The position is expected to have a gross salary of approximately 51 to 60K , in line with the experience and seniority of the chosen candidate.

Workplace
Bologna with trips in Italy and abroad (approximately 20%)
