Training and Organizational Development Consultant

• Customer relationship management, needs analysis and collection, drafting of technical and economic proposals
• Design and delivery of training interventions dedicated to the development of behavioral and managerial skills
• Implementation of development and change management projects: reviews of organizational structures, competency systems, performance management, employee journey and HR processes, etc.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree
• 3/5 years of professional experience in training and/or organizational development gained within consulting firms or companies
• Availability to travel throughout the country, with specific reference to the Tri-Veneto area
• Proactive approach, ability to relate to heterogeneous interlocutors and to operate in different organizational contexts
• English

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in assessment and testing
