Large-Scale Retail Store Manager

• Manage the assigned structure in order to achieve the sales objectives (by product area/department) established by Management;
• Implement the commercial policies defined by the headquarters;
• Monitor the store's profit and loss account;
• Coordinate and motivate the human resources of the point of sale;
• Manage relationships with local trade unions;
• Follow safety aspects;
• Ensure the quality of service offered to the customer.

Essentials/Must have

• Having gained experience in a similar role in large-scale retail trade;
• Problem-solving and proactive skills;
• Ability to work in a team and leadership skills.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Candidates holding other positions of responsibility, such as Deputy Store Manager, etc., within advanced large-scale retail trade structures, will also be considered with interest.
