Process and Mechanics Discipline Manager

She coordinates and supervises the activities of the technical teams in their respective disciplines, supporting project development and promoting employee growth. She plays a central role from both a technical and managerial perspective.

Main activities

· Analyze the technical elements of the contractual specifications, applicable standards and mandatory requirements, to fully understand customer needs;

· Support the development of detailed design for various projects by interfacing with the PEMs and project PSLs throughout the development of the activity, including the drafting of relevant documentation in line with the various disciplines;

· Prepare engineering documents (P&ID, PFD, Data Sheet, etc.) in compliance with project timelines;

· Develop process calculations and equipment sizing;

· Support, for the disciplines of competence, the tendering part in the most relevant tenders

· Assist, in conjunction with other discipline leaders, other disciplines in the development of their

activity.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

· Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering;

· Consolidated experience in process engineering in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors, with a good knowledge of the sector and its processes.

· Excellent knowledge of process engineering tools (PFD, P&ID, balance sheets, technical specifications);

· English level B2 (technical use and interaction with international suppliers/customers).


Preferential/Nice to have

· Ability to manage technical teams and cross-functional coordination;

· Ability to grow and mentor junior profiles.

Benefits

Among the benefits offered, the company provides a certain flexibility in working hours , with the possibility of starting between 8:00 and 9:30, with a consequent flexible finishing time.

A meal voucher of €8 net per day is also included.

Compensation Package

The proposed contract is permanent, with a classification envisaged at level VII of the relevant National Collective Bargaining Agreement (Metalworking).

The indicative RAL is between €60,000 and €70,000 , but will be defined specifically on the basis of the actual skills and experience gained by the identified person.
