HR Manager

The Resource will play a key role in defining the HR strategy, managing and developing people, evolving the organization, and promoting a positive, growth-oriented corporate culture.

Main activities

  • Manage the entire selection process independently: job posting, CV screening, interviews and onboarding;
  • Coordinate HR processes relating to performance evaluation, training, development plans and growth paths;
  • Develop and implement organizational initiatives: role analysis, job grading, workforce planning, organizational structure evolution;
  • Support managers in managing teams, providing HR consultancy and facilitating the resolution of internal issues;
  • Define, update and implement HR policies consistent with the company strategy;
  • Manage internal communications and employer branding projects;
  • Monitor HR KPIs, prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, privacy and administrative obligations;
  • Promote organizational well-being, corporate culture, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in Economics, Law, Psychology or similar disciplines, preferably with a master's degree or specialization in Human Resources;
  • Consolidated experience in HR generalist or managerial roles, preferably in structured or multi-site contexts;
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes: selection, talent management, training, performance, compensation & benefits;
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian labor legislation and contractual provisions;
  • Knowledge of the English language;
  • Ability to manage organizational analysis, job grading and role mapping;
  • Experience in change management or organizational transformation processes;
  • Experience coordinating HR projects and implementing new processes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and priority management orientation;
  • Proactive attitude, autonomy and orientation towards continuous improvement;
  • Collaborative leadership and the ability to influence and support managers.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Certifications or specialized courses in HR (coaching, potential assessment, HR analytics, etc.) are appreciated;
  • Familiarity with ATS, LMS and HRIS and ability to work with KPIs and data analysis.
