Structure Manager

The Resource will be responsible for the overall management of the facilities in the Tuscan region, ensuring quality standards, organizational effectiveness, and the achievement of financial objectives.

Main activities

  • Independently manage the facility and supervise all operational activities;
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams ensuring a quality, collaborative, and market-driven environment;
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations and internal procedures;
  • Manage the structure's budget, KPIs, and financial objectives;
  • Optimize organizational processes and propose continuous improvement plans;
  • Maintain relationships with local stakeholders, institutions, and institutional partners;
  • Monitor customer experience and implement corrective/improvement actions;
  • Collaborate with HR to manage personnel, develop talent, and resolve organizational issues.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in economics, management, health or equivalent disciplines;
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing facilities, preferably in the services or healthcare sector;
  • Management skills, leadership and ability to manage complex teams;
  • Strong orientation towards objectives, improvement and quality;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
