BUYER

• Manage the purchasing process for materials, services and supplies;
• Research, evaluate, and select new suppliers, conducting economic and contractual negotiations;
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and monitor supplier performance;
• Ensure punctual deliveries and intervene in the resolution of any non-conformities;
• Collaborate with the technical area to define purchasing specifications;
• Optimize stock and inventory levels, helping to reduce costs;
• Manage orders, contracts, reporting, and documentation in compliance with company procedures.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent;
• Previous experience in the role of Buyer or Procurement Specialist;
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills;
• Knowledge of the main IT tools and ERP systems;
• Ability to work in a team, results-oriented and problem-solving.
