The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and promoting the company's marketing services to B2B clients.

Main activities

  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in target audiences;
  • Effectively present marketing, communication, digital advertising, social media management and customized solutions services;
  • Manage the entire sales process: contact, needs analysis, offer presentation, negotiation and closing the contract;
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to define tailor-made proposals for the client;
  • Maintain and develop the customer portfolio, ensuring continuity and satisfaction over time;
  • Monitor the market, identify trends and competitors, and propose new business development strategies;
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management;
  • Prepare reports and updates on business performance.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Even brief experience in a sales role, preferably in the services or digital marketing sector;
  • Understanding the main levers of digital marketing (ADV, social, SEO, content, automation);
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer engagement skills;
  • Results-oriented and with a strong aptitude for consultative sales;
  • Ability to work independently but also in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Proactive spirit, curiosity and ability to manage multiple activities at the same time.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM and digital sales tools.
