Accounting Specialist

The candidate will be part of the administrative team with direct responsibility for managing the accounts payable cycle. They will operate in an organized environment, with defined processes, contributing to the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.

Main activities

  • Complete management of supplier accounting;
  • Recording and control of passive invoices;
  • Document verification and reconciliation with orders and contracts;
  • Schedule management and payment preparation;
  • Support for monthly and annual closing activities;
  • Management of relationships with suppliers and internal functions;
  • Digital archiving and monitoring of authorization flows.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in economics;
  • Experience in managing supplier accounting, preferably in structured contexts or structured companies;
  • Excellent knowledge of accounts payable processes (Italian/foreign invoicing, reconciliations, payment schedules, payments);
  • Good command of the main ERP and digital document management tools;
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and ability to work with numerical data accurately,
  • Good knowledge of the English language ;
  • Accuracy, reliability and quality orientation of accounting data;
  • Ability to work in a team, manage priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to interface with various company functions.
