Main activities
This position will be part of our Help Desk team, a highly skilled team working in a welcoming and highly educational environment, to support colleagues from various Praxi divisions.
In particular, he/she will be able to deal with the following activities with increasing autonomy:
- Hardware and software configuration for PCs, workstations, printers, VoIP phones, and cell phones.
- Support other divisions in the correct use and resolution of IT issues, particularly regarding Office 365 and collaboration tools.
- Second-level support for software and hardware issues related to company PCs.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
Diploma in computer science or degree in computer science/mathematics.
The skills needed to fill the role are:
- Excellent knowledge of the overall functioning of a PC.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems, especially versions 7 and 10.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (latest versions).
- Good knowledge of how a network works (IP addresses, subnets, gateways, DNS).
- Good familiarity with hardware/software issues.
- Installing and configuring Windows clients.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to interact with different roles within the company and strong orientation towards support and collaboration
Preferential/Nice to have
- Previous experience in similar roles will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in new technologies.
- Collaborative spirit, availability, and excellent interpersonal skills to best support the various roles across all divisions.
