Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, develop and manage the operational activities typical of managing an organization that provides consulting and business services.

Main activities

  • direct and coordinate all administrative, financial and management activities of the company with particular attention to the coordination and guidance of the employed personnel as well as the quality and timeliness of services, ensuring their continuous evolution
  • manage the company's image and relationships with members/clients and, in general, with all third parties
  • improve processes with a view to optimising performance and ensuring that operational flows correspond to the needs and standards of a flexible and efficient company
  • ensure compliance with regulations regarding the execution of services provided to customers (for example: accounting, payroll management, food quality and safety, etc.) and performance requirements for membership in a leading national food distribution group
  • collaborate with other entities of the Group, for change management activities also resulting from the introduction of tools for technological innovation (AI)

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • degree in economics, management/organization or law or equivalent education
  • Multi-year work experience, of which at least 5 years gained in roles of responsibility and management of commercial and/or service structures, preferably gained in organizationally complex contexts, in which intense relational activity is expected
  • experience in human resources management and development


Preferential/Nice to have

  • professional experience gained in business services companies
  • experience in organizational review projects and/or information flow management in complex structures
  • knowledge in the retail sector

Compensation Package

  • CCNL: Tertiary, Distribution and Services
  • Framing: Framework
  • RAL: €65,000 - €75,000 and - in any case - commensurate with the skills and seniority of the identified profile

  • Performance Bonus: in the forms provided for in the contract
