Main activities
This resource coordinates the planning, organization, and delivery of teaching and training activities, ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines, and internal standards.
She also manages economic, financial, and organizational processes related to the coordination area, contributing to planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making support for management.
Main responsibilities/activities:
- Coordinate teams by defining activities, priorities, progression, and skill development, ensuring consistency between content, objectives, and delivery methods.
- Support management in economic and financial planning (budgets, forecasts, reports) and in managing project budgets.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and consultants.
- Participate in cross-disciplinary projects and, when applicable, collaborate with international partners.
- Design and manage complex training programs and the entire activity cycle: needs analysis, planning, monitoring, and closure, ensuring quality control, KPIs, and corrective actions, as well as developing the partner network.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or organizational science; Master's/PhD is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating training projects/activities and in economic-financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
- 2-3 years of experience coordinating work teams; leadership and coordination, including cross-functional.
- Good economic and financial skills (budgeting, planning, reporting).
Preferential/Nice to have
- International or cross-border experience, even brief, is preferable
- Excellent organizational, priority management and problem solving skills
- Clear communication, service orientation and stakeholder management
- Flexibility and collaborative attitude.
