Administrative Director

Reporting directly to the General Management, this position will coordinate a team of dedicated resources and be responsible for overseeing and integrating all administrative, accounting, tax, and financial activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordination of civil and tax accounting activities, including direct/indirect tax compliance, Intrastat, and transfer pricing compliance;
  • Supervision of management and industrial accounting, preparation of the Italian statutory financial statements and consolidated financial statements;
  • Management of periodic management reporting, corporate budgeting, and support for affiliated companies in planning and control activities;
  • Management and control of financial flows and liquidity, relationships with banks and corporate insurance companies;
  • Coordination of credit management activities (credit allocation, monitoring, and debt collection), including management of legal advisors;
  • Management of relationships with auditing firms and the Board of Statutory Auditors;
  • Corporate governance management: corporate books and preparation of Board of Directors minutes;
  • Management and coordination of Italian (Enasarco) and foreign agent contracts, including calculation of entitlements, litigation, and intra-group service contracts;
  • Coordination of regulatory compliance activities, including application of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in Economics and Commerce or equivalent qualification;
  • Consolidated experience in similar roles, preferably in structured industrial contexts;
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian tax and corporate legislation, accounting principles, and consolidated reporting;
  • Skills in financial management, management control, and budgeting.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Knowledge of German and/or French;
  • Knowledge of SAP 4 Hana;
  • Leadership, organizational skills and results orientation;
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making skills, reliability and confidentiality.
