Technical Sales

Reporting to the Northeast Area Manager, this position will be responsible for building a network of relationships within the area of expertise with various key stakeholders such as distributors, retailers, and construction companies.

Main activities

  • Introduce and promote the brand to retailers and distributors in the sector;
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities;
  • Conduct market analysis;
  • Build business relationships with potential partners;
  • Ensure coverage of the territory in relation to the assigned area;
  • Customer relationship management.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Experience in sectors related to construction : paint shops, drywall systems, thermal and/or acoustic insulation, plasterboard, etc.;
  • Knowledge of local application companies ;
  • Knowledge of land specifiers : surveyors, architects, engineers, construction companies.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Ability to listen, understand and analyse customer needs ;
  • Good negotiating skills ;
  • Degree or Diploma in surveying or in economics;
  • A commercial, innovative, and ever-growing environment.

Compensation Package

A multi-mandate collaboration contract with VAT number is being considered, but other contractual forms are not excluded and will be defined at a later stage of the selection process.
