Operations Manager Woven & Leatherwear - Ready To Wear

Implements continuous improvement and transformation of production processes in a multi-site context, improving efficiency, service, and traceability, with a strong presence in the field and direct management of numerous industrial projects.

Main activities

  • Coordinate the operational activities of the various production sites, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and standards;
  • Contribute to make or buy decisions, industrial investments, production capacity;
  • Identify efficiency opportunities without compromising product quality and identity;
  • Monitor operational performance (productivity, efficiency, quality, lead time, waste, costs);
  • Introduce and consolidate continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, standardization, operational KPIs);
  • Define and implement process standards, layouts, flows, and best practices shared across sites;
  • Support the development of managerial and operational skills, fostering a culture of responsibility and data.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in Engineering or Economics or similar disciplines;
  • Consolidated experience in Operations/Production roles in complex industrial contexts or consulting companies with a focus on the Fashion & Luxury sector;
  • Availability to travel frequently within the country.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the English language;
  • Experience gained in growing organizational contexts.
