Main activities
- Perform periodic calibrations and checks of electricity meters for fiscal use in accordance with current regulations;
- Calibrate and verify speed cameras on-site and in the laboratory following operating procedures and metrological standards ;
- Perform checks on interface relays and other measuring devices;
- Collect data, compile technical verification reports and prepare compliance documentation;
- Plan interventions according to regulatory deadlines (e.g. annual, three-yearly, five-yearly checks);
- Manage unforeseen technical or logistical issues during fieldwork independently;
- Keep tools, equipment and technical documentation up to date;
- Coordinate with the technical team and the Technical Manager for updates and training.
Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification);
- Ability to independently manage technical-operational activities in the field;
- Availability to travel within the region;
- Driving license B.
- Professional, methodical approach and good anomaly management skills;
- Confidentiality in managing relationships
Preferential/Nice to have
- Experience (even short, 6-12 months) in electrical installation, photovoltaic or industrial plant engineering companies;
- Good knowledge of basic electricity, measuring instruments and calibration/verification procedures;
- Knowledge of English is considered a plus.
