For a well-known industrial group, operating in the production and sale of goods, we are looking for a Head of Administration, Finance and Control
APPLY

Main activities

  • Complete oversight of administrative, accounting, and financial processes, ensuring accuracy, operational continuity, and compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Coordination of the administrative team, with oversight of active cycle, passive cycle and treasury activities, operational support and support for the professional development of resources;
  • Preparation of the statutory financial statements and supervision of closing entries, managing relationships with external consultants and auditing firms;
  • Management of treasury, cash flows, and bank credit lines, with constant monitoring of economic and financial indicators;
  • Management control activities: variance analysis, margin verification, preparation of reports and simulations to support Management;
  • Oversee tax and administrative compliance and ensure the correct implementation of internal procedures;
  • Continuous collaboration with the Owner and operational offices to ensure process efficiency, data quality and decision-making alignment

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

    • Solid experience in the role of Head of Administration, Finance and Control or in advanced administrative functions with management autonomy;
    • Advanced skills in general accounting, statutory financial reporting, and administrative-financial process management;
    • Ability to coordinate administrative teams and manage operational priorities;
    • Excellent command of the Office package (especially Excel) and familiarity with administrative management systems;
    • Reliability, precision, and a strong problem-solving attitude, with the ability to manage complex processes and structured flows;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with management and various company functions;
    • Coming from industrial companies or structured production facilities.


Preferential/Nice to have

    • Experience in management control or management reporting activities;
    • Knowledge of advanced ERP systems;
    • Ability to continuously improve administrative processes.

Compensation Package

Permanent, full-time position with salary commensurate with experience.
