FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF STAFF FOR THE ROLE OF
“DATA PROCESSING CENTER OFFICE PROGRAMMER (DPC)”

Having regard to the principles set forth in paragraph 3 of Article 35 of Legislative Decree No. 165 of 30 March 2001.
Having seen the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for "Environmental Services - Utilitalia"
Having seen the Internal Regulations approved on the Hiring Methods
Having seen the Presidential Decree of 28.12.2000 n.445 relating to the legislative provisions regarding administrative documentation;

MAKES KNOWN
that a public selection is announced , based on qualifications and exams, for the creation of a ranking to be used for the purposes of hiring, on a full-time, permanent basis, personnel for the role of " Data Processing Center Office Programmer (CED)", to be classified at level "B1" (formerly 6B) of the "Environmental Services - Utilitalia" CCNL
Position being selected and contractual conditions
The position, located within the AMIA Data Processing Center (DPC) Office, includes:
- Development and maintenance of software applications, with particular reference to the use of languages such as C# and Python and the use of frameworks such as .NET and Flutter
- Perform queries, manipulations, and data management on relational databases, working on platforms such as SQL Server and Oracle
- Integrating Artificial Intelligence models into software applications and cloud services
- Contribute to the development and management of APIs and application components based on microservices architectures
This procedure aims to draw up a ranking list lasting two years, starting from the date of approval.
The Company may draw from the resulting merit ranking not only for permanent hires but also for the establishment of fixed-term employment relationships necessary to meet the company's organizational and/or replacement needs, in compliance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement and applicable law.

Art. 1
Admission requirements
General requirements
The following general requirements are required for admission to the selection process:
- Italian citizenship or situations equivalent to it according to current legislation, including holders of the right of residence or the right of permanent residence and third-country nationals who hold an EU long-term residence permit or who hold refugee status or subsidiary protection status;
- enjoyment of civil and political rights, even in the country of origin or membership;
- not have received criminal convictions, including as a result of the application of the penalty at the request of the parties, pursuant to Articles 444 et seq. of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and not have pending criminal proceedings that would prevent, pursuant to the applicable legislation, the establishment of the employment relationship, including not being subject to preventive measures pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 159/2011;
- not having received criminal convictions that carry the additional penalty of temporary or permanent disqualification from holding public office;
- not having been or being subjected to security or prevention measures;
- have reached the age of majority and not have reached the maximum limit foreseen for retirement;
- Not having been dismissed for disciplinary reasons or poor performance, removed from employment by a local authority or public company by a final decision. Not having been removed from employment by a public administration following a finding that the position was obtained through the production of false or invalid documents or, in any case, through fraudulent means;
- not having completed previous work experience with AMIA Verona SpA, in any role, through failure to pass a probationary period, consensual termination of the employment relationship with incentives, or through dismissal;
- not be in any condition of incompatibility or ineligibility provided for by Legislative Decree 39/2013 or other laws;
- full psycho-physical suitability to carry out the duties, without limitations, to be certified by the Company Doctor before hiring;
- valid category B driving licence (not subject to suspension, withdrawal or other measures that result in driving limitations);
- adequate knowledge of spoken and written Italian (candidates who do not hold Italian citizenship must provide proof of level B2 or higher, issued by an certifying body).
Specific Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the selection process, the following specific requirements must be met:
- Secondary school diploma; For qualifications obtained abroad, unless otherwise specified at EU level, candidates may participate in the selection process by certifying their qualification's equivalence or, if they do not have one, by attaching the receipt confirming the initiation of the equivalence procedure for their qualification to that required by the selection notice, according to the procedure set forth in Article 38 of Legislative Decree No. 165 of March 30, 2001, and any subsequent amendments.
- Previous work experience of at least 24 (twenty-four) months gained within public or private companies in the function dedicated to information systems and application management, or in positions consistent with the one being selected, i.e. positions that require the performance of activities similar to those described in the section "Position being selected and contractual conditions".
Non-Italian citizens, with the exception of Italian citizenship, must meet all the general and specific requirements set forth in Article 1 of this selection notice for citizens of the Italian Republic.
The general and specific requirements listed above must be met, under penalty of exclusion, by the deadline for submitting the application for participation set out in this notice and also at the time of hiring.

Methods and deadlines for submitting the application to participate
The application to participate in the selection, under penalty of exclusion , must be submitted exclusively online, by clicking on the "SEND APPLICATION" button on the web page

Applications to participate in the selection process must be submitted from 2:00 PM on Friday, March 6, 2026, and no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, April 3, 2026.
Only candidates who have:
- the application form with a declaration of possession of the requirements, in PDF format;
- the curriculum vitae exclusively according to the downloadable template, in PDF format;
- a legible copy of a valid identity document;
The size of uploaded attachments must not exceed 5MB in total.
Any other form of submission or submission of applications other than ONLINE is not permitted and will be considered null and void.
Each participant can modify their application and documentation in the system until the application collection deadline, but they cannot be further modified after this deadline.
By submitting their application, candidates declare, under their own responsibility and pursuant to Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree no. 445 of 28 December 2000 and subsequent amendments and additions, that they possess all the general and specific requirements requested in this selection notice and the following information:
- Personal data (name, surname, place and date of birth, tax code, nationality, residence, domicile, email address and telephone number);
- Any membership in protected categories (law 68/99 and subsequent amendments): disabled or otherwise;
- I agree that all communications relating to this notice (admission, invitations, etc.) will be sent exclusively by email to the address entered during registration;
- To be aware of the penalties provided for by Article 76 of Presidential Decree 445/2000, for cases of falsifying documents and making false declarations;
- To have read this selection notice and to fully accept the provisions therein
The date of electronic submission of the application is certified by the computer system.
AMIA Verona SpA reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the self-certifications provided by the candidate to whom it intends to offer employment. If, at any stage of the selection process, the declarations provided by the candidate are found to be false, the candidate will be automatically excluded from the selection process, without prejudice to the criminal penalties provided for in Article 76 of Presidential Decree No. 445/2000.

Art. 3
AMIA Technical Judging Commission
A technical judging committee will be appointed by a specific provision of the Acting General Manager of AMIA Verona SpA. Once AMIA Verona SpA has completed the final selection tests, the committee will draw up a final ranking of the candidates, indicating the overall score achieved by each candidate.
Art. 4
Admission to the selection process, evaluation phases, and ranking
AMIA Verona SpA will use Praxi SpA, an external company specializing in personnel selection, to perform part of the application evaluation process.
4.1 Admission to the selection and exclusion criteria
Praxi SpA will conduct an initial verification of the submitted documentation and the applicant's possession of the required qualifications. This will result in exclusion from the selection process:
- sending the application using methods other than those provided for in this notice;
- submitting the application for admission after the deadline;
- the lack of general requirements and/or specific requirements;
- failure to send the requested documentation;
- having received a negative evaluation, including disciplinary ones, or even simply failing a probationary period, in previous employment relationships, in any role, with AMIA Verona.
Any rejection of the selection process will be communicated exclusively via email to the email address provided during registration. This form of communication constitutes notification for all legal purposes and, therefore, no further communication will be provided. Candidates who have not completed the online application process will not receive any communication.
The discovery of the lack of even one of the requirements for admission to the selection and hiring process and/or the falsity of the declarations made by the candidate will result, at any time, in exclusion from the selection process or the termination of the employment contract by operation of law.
4.2 Curricular evaluation
PRAXI SpA will review the CVs and applications of each admitted candidate to assess their suitability for the position being sought and the activities envisaged in this announcement. The evaluation will be based specifically on professional experience as well as any other factors deemed relevant to the selection process. Specifically, a maximum of 30 points will be awarded, divided as follows:
- up to a maximum of 20 points in relation to professional experience, with reference to consistency with the role being selected, duration, significance;
- up to a maximum of 2 points in relation to experience in using C# and Python
- up to a maximum of 2 points in relation to experience in using SQL Server, Oracle
- up to a maximum of 6 points for qualifications consistent with the profile being selected (not cumulative):
- 4 points for a three-year degree;
- 6 points for a master's or specialist degree, or for a four-year or five-year degree (old system).
The above scores will be assigned exclusively based on the profile being selected; qualifications not deemed related to the profile will not be awarded. Only the elements clearly indicated in the attached CV in PDF format, according to the template, will be considered for the purposes of the CV evaluation; any information that cannot be clearly interpreted will not be eligible for points.
An initial partial ranking will then be drawn up which will allow us to identify, if the number of applications allows, up to a maximum of 10 (ten) candidates in addition to any tied candidates who will be called for individual interviews.
Candidates admitted to the selection process who are excluded from the interviews will receive a specific notification via email to the email address provided during registration. These communications are considered, for all legal purposes, official communications regarding the selection outcome.
4.3 Selection interview
The candidates, no more than 10 (ten) plus any ties, who have obtained the highest scores in the curricular pre-assessment will be called for an individual interview phase, conducted by Praxi SpA, aimed at deepening their possession of the technical and behavioral skills required by this research.
The dates and locations of the interviews will be determined at the end of the curriculum evaluation phase. The email invitation is considered, for all legal purposes, an official invitation to the test.
The interview will be conducted in person and will be aimed at assessing each candidate's actual possession of the skills required to fill the role being selected.
In particular, a maximum of 30 points will be awarded, divided as follows:
- up to a maximum of 12 points for professional experience, with particular reference to its consistency with the role being selected (activities related to software development, relational database management and the use of APIs, microservices and Artificial Intelligence models);
- up to a maximum of 12 points for the behavioral skills indicated in this notice;
- up to a maximum of 6 points for motivation with respect to the position being selected.
At the end of the individual interview, a score will be awarded, with 21 (twenty-one) being the minimum for eligibility.
For candidates deemed suitable only, this score will be added to the curricular evaluation score to create a second partial ranking (out of 60).
Unsuccessful candidates will receive a specific notification via email to the email address provided during registration. These communications are considered, for all legal purposes, official notification of the selection outcome.
4.4 Final interview with the AMIA Verona SpA Technical Judging Committee
Candidates who are deemed suitable following the selection interview will be invited for an in-person interview with the AMIA Verona SpA Technical Selection Committee. This interview will aim to assess, based on criteria preliminarily defined by the Committee, the candidate's possession of the skills required by this announcement and his/her fit with the organizational context.
At the end of the interview, a maximum score of 30 (thirty) points will be awarded, with 21 (twenty-one) being the minimum for eligibility.
For candidates deemed suitable at the final interview, this score will be added to the scores from the CV assessment and the selection interview to create the final ranking out of 90.
Art. 5
Validity of the ranking and hiring
The merit ranking of eligible candidates will be valid for 2 (two) years or until the positions are filled.
AMIA Verona SpA will verify the accuracy of the information provided by eligible candidates when completing the application and will require proof that these requirements, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and subsequent amendments and additions, are still valid at the time of hiring. If, upon review of the declarations, they reveal that they are not accurate, the applicant will forfeit any benefits they may have received from the decision based on the false declarations.
A permanent employment relationship will be established with the eligible candidate, pursuant to the National Collective Agreement “Environmental Services - Utilitalia ” through the stipulation of an individual employment contract, only if the selected candidate has successfully passed the medical examination to determine his suitability for the job .
The annual salary established by the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for level "B1" (formerly 6B) will be paid, subject to tax, social security, and welfare withholdings as required by law. For specific financial and regulatory details, please refer to the provisions of the " Environmental Services - Utilitalia " National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Successful completion of the selection process does not in itself constitute any entitlement to employment, which remains subject to subsequent employment offers that the Company reserves the right to formulate, at its sole discretion and according to its own needs, in compliance with the order and validity of the final ranking, upon successful completion of the suitability examination and upon successful completion of a probationary period.

Communications and summons
All communications regarding this announcement, invitations to interviews, and/or interviews from AMIA Verona SpA and Praxi SpA will be sent exclusively via email to the email address provided in the application. These communications are considered, for all legal purposes, official communications, and candidates accept this method of communication.
Any changes to the terms of the selection notice will be made known exclusively by publication on the company website ( www.amiavr.it ) on the “Competitions” page and will have the value of notification for all purposes.
Failure to show up or showing up late on the date and time of the call will automatically result in your being disqualified from the selection process.
The schedule of the final interview with the AMIA VERONA SpA Technical Judging Committee and the list of candidates admitted to it will also be communicated on the company website ( www.amiavr.it ) on the “Competitions” page and will have the value of notification for all purposes.
Art. 7
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation 2016/679
The personal data of candidates for this selection process will be processed by AMIA Verona SpA and PRAXI SpA as independent data controllers, pursuant to Article 24 of European Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR") and the applicable Italian legislation.
The processing will be carried out in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency, and in compliance with the principle of data minimization. This means that data will be acquired and processed only to the extent necessary to carry out the search and selection of personnel within the scope of the aforementioned public selection procedure.
The personal data collected will be the information included in the application to participate in the selection process as well as any additional information contained in any attached documentation.
The communication of the above data is a necessary requirement to be able to participate in the procedure in question and the data will be collected and processed by PRAXI SpA and transmitted exclusively to AMIA Verona SpA for the purposes related to this notice.

Art. 8
Publication of the notice and final provisions
This selection notice will remain published until the tenth day following the application deadline on the AMIA Verona company website (www.amiavr.it) and will be published, in extract, in two local newspapers for four days and distributed through other communication channels in order to achieve maximum dissemination.
Participation in the selection process obliges applicants to unconditionally accept the provisions of this selection notice, as well as other applicable regulations. The Company reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting applications, provided the extension is approved before the deadline expires, or, where applicable, to reopen the deadline if, by the deadline date, the number of applications submitted is deemed insufficient, or for other justified reasons of public interest.
AMIA Verona SpA reserves the right to revoke or cancel this selection process, suspend or postpone its implementation, as well as the related hiring activities, modify, until the date of hiring of the winner, suspend the appointment of the winner due to needs that cannot currently be assessed or foreseen, as well as in application of provisions for the containment of public spending that prevent, in whole or in part, the hiring of personnel or updates to the Requirements Plan during the ranking process within the legal deadlines.
