GROUP SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) LEADER

Reporting directly to the Group Supply Chain Director, he is responsible for leading and coordinating the SIOP process at Group level, ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity and stock levels, in line with company objectives.

Main activities

Coordinate the Group SIOP process, ensuring its standardization, quality, and effectiveness.

· Verify the consistency of the sales forecast provided by the Sales function, evaluating its impact on production and inventory.

· Define and update inventory policies by product category and for each Group company, ensure that inventory levels are consistent with company objectives, and monitor quality (reduction of slow-moving inventory, optimization of Days of Inventory).

· In collaboration with the Group Demand Planner, ensure and supervise the Demand Planning process for the correct sizing of each company's needs, for both "make" and "buy" products.

· Supervise the plants' Production Planning processes, ensuring the best balance between demand and production capacity.

· Coordinate the Rough-Cut Capacity Planning process of all Group plants.

· Organize and conduct monthly Capacity Planning meetings and Pre-SIOP Meetings, providing the Sales team with structured feedback on the production plan.

· Define and maintain standards, dashboards, MOS (Management Operating System) and KPIs

performance related to:

o forecast accuracy and service level.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

· At least 10 years of experience in the Supply Chain field, preferably with diversified experiences (planning, production, logistics, inventory management).

· Experience in the metalworking industry, with knowledge of the HVAC sector preferred.

· Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent

· Excellent knowledge of the English language.
