Testing Engineer R&D team – Axial Piston Pumps

• Plan, execute and analyze functional and reliability tests on axial piston pumps.
• Prepare complete and accurate technical reports.
• Configure, calibrate, and manage test instrumentation.
• Support the Design Team in interpreting results and improving components.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and international teams to improve test methodologies and setups.
• Laboratory management for monitoring the condition of test benches (calibration and periodic maintenance)

Essentials/Must have

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or equivalent.

- Excellent data analysis skills and knowledge of the most common IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Very good English (the team is international, it will be used daily).

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in multidisciplinary technical teams (good communication skills and a predisposition for collaborative work).

- Methodical approach and attention to detail

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3D tools for model analysis (not design)
