Production and Production Planning Manager

• Planning and scheduling of production department activities , defining timescales and methods in collaboration with the managers of the various company functions;
• Supervision of the creation, maintenance, and updating of product master data and production cycles , ensuring their accuracy and alignment with company standards;
• Analyze production data and conduct process optimization initiatives, with a particular focus on reducing costs, time, and waste;
• Operational coordination of the production team , ensuring adequate work organization and the development of internal skills;
• Definition, monitoring, and improvement of department KPIs (quality, time, efficiency, and costs), promoting continuous improvement actions to achieve production targets;
• Monitoring compliance with workplace safety regulations and environmental procedures , promoting a prevention-oriented corporate culture;
• Active participation in digitalization and process automation projects, in close collaboration with ICT functions for the introduction of innovative technological solutions.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree or diploma in chemistry or chemical engineering;
• Many years of experience in similar roles, developed in medium-sized contexts
  structured;
• Knowledge of production processes in the chemical or related sectors.

• Excellent communication skills and aptitude for cross-functional collaboration;
• Analytical approach and problem solving oriented towards concrete solutions;
• Ability to negotiate and manage internal and external relationships;
• Mindset oriented towards innovation and continuous improvement;
• Skills in management and staff development .

The conditions for inclusion include direct hiring on a permanent basis, according to
as provided for by the relevant CCNL.

The RAL will be defined based on the actual seniority of the identified figure, a salary range between €50,000 and €60,000 is imagined.
