Main activities
- Formulation and development of products according to technical specifications and regulatory requirements;
- Carrying out laboratory activities , using the main analytical instruments and testing equipment;
- Design and development of new product lines , including specialized solutions;
- Drafting and updating of technical data sheets and product documentation ;
- Management and maintenance of sector technical certifications ;
- Collaboration with external laboratories for analysis, validation tests and certifications;
- Work in synergy with various company departments to ensure process consistency, quality, and continuity.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Degree or diploma in chemistry or chemical engineering;
- At least 2-3 years' experience in similar roles, developed in medium-sized contexts
structured in the chemical sector; - Knowledge of the main laboratory instruments required for the role (viscometer, dynamometer, infrared, etc.)
Preferential/Nice to have
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 management system;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams ;
- Interest and propensity for innovation;
- Good knowledge of the English language (level B2).

Compensation Package
The conditions for inclusion include direct hiring on a permanent basis, according to
as provided for by the relevant CCNL.
The RAL will be defined based on the actual seniority of the identified figure, a salary range between €30,000 and €40,000 is assumed.
