R&D Specialist

• Formulation and development of products according to technical specifications and regulatory requirements;
• Carrying out laboratory activities , using the main analytical instruments and testing equipment;
• Design and development of new product lines , including specialized solutions;
• Drafting and updating of technical data sheets and product documentation ;
• Management and maintenance of sector technical certifications ;
• Collaboration with external laboratories for analysis, validation tests and certifications;
• Work in synergy with various company departments to ensure process consistency, quality, and continuity.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree or diploma in chemistry or chemical engineering;
• At least 2-3 years' experience in similar roles, developed in medium-sized contexts
  structured in the chemical sector;
• Knowledge of the main laboratory instruments required for the role (viscometer, dynamometer, infrared, etc.)

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 management system;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams ;
• Interest and propensity for innovation;
• Good knowledge of the English language (level B2).

The conditions for inclusion include direct hiring on a permanent basis, according to
as provided for by the relevant CCNL.

The RAL will be defined based on the actual seniority of the identified figure, a salary range between €30,000 and €40,000 is assumed.
