Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting/administrative and tax processes, providing support for financial and management control aspects in line with the strategies and operational needs of the various SEAC group companies, also actively participating in the company's internal organizational processes, with the aim of making them more functional and integrated.
By way of example and not exhaustively:
- accounting/administrative management (for example: active cycle, passive cycle, general accounting, balance sheets, consolidated accounts, internal audit, etc.)
- the management of tax and related reporting obligations
- the calculation of taxes and duties
- the preparation of the financial statements of the group companies and the related tax consolidation
- comparison with supervisory bodies in general (from the board of auditors/auditors to the Revenue Agency)
- the improvement of accounting/administrative processes with a view to simplifying and optimising activities
- Once full autonomy in the role has been acquired, the coordination of 3-5 direct collaborators, assigning activities and verifying the results as well as promoting their technical and professional growth
- collaboration with other Group entities for change management activities resulting from the introduction of technological innovation tools (AI)
