Senior Consultant – Organization and Processes

Contribute to clients' organizational development through high-quality consulting solutions aligned with their strategic needs.

Main activities

  • implementation of organizational development and change management projects;
  • analysis, review and design of organizational processes, with particular attention to flow mapping, process-based work, and organizational structure design
  • Design and development of job profiles and definition of roles, responsibilities, and skills in line with the organizational structure.
  • design and development of HR processes throughout the employee journey, with particular attention to remuneration systems and performance management systems;
  • designing, managing, and analyzing climate surveys and other internal investigations, translating the results into organizational insights and proposed interventions;
  • design and delivery of training initiatives aimed at developing managerial skills, particularly functional to the management of HR processes;
  • customer relationship management, needs analysis, and preparation of technical and economic proposals.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology or in Economics or related disciplines and/or Master's in Human Resources;
  • consolidated experience in the HR field, preferably gained in structured companies (in the Compensation & Benefits area) and/or in consulting firms;
  • availability to travel, both regionally and nationally.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Ability to develop customer relationships, contributing to business growth from a commercial perspective.

Compensation Package
